The Seven Divisions & 32 Mastery Tracks

DIVISION 1

Foundation

1. Spiritual Development

Helps women strengthen their relationship with God through prayer, Scripture, spiritual discipline, discernment, obedience, worship, and learning to make decisions from a Christ-centered foundation.

2. Character Development

Focuses on the qualities that shape who a woman is when nobody is watching: integrity, discipline, responsibility, honesty, consistency, humility, self-control, and becoming a woman whose character can sustain her calling.

3. Identity Restoration

Helps women separate who they truly are from labels, rejection, past experiences, other people's expectations, and false beliefs. The goal is to rebuild a healthy understanding of identity and worth.

4. Trauma Restoration

Provides a structured environment for identifying how painful experiences can affect beliefs, behavior, relationships, confidence, and decision-making, while helping women move toward restoration, healthy boundaries, and forward movement.

5. Purpose & Assignment Activation

Helps women identify their God-given gifts, understand what they are called to do, connect gifts to assignment, and begin turning purpose from an idea into action.

6. Accountability & Life Alignment

Helps women bring their daily choices, habits, relationships, responsibilities, goals, and commitments into alignment with the woman they say they are becoming. The emphasis is ownership, consistency, follow-through, and measurable growth.

DIVISION 2

Leadership & Confidence

7. Leadership Development

Develops the ability to lead self and others with confidence, responsibility, emotional maturity, vision, structure, and sound judgment.

8. Influence

Teaches women how to use their voice, presence, relationships, reputation, and gifts to create positive impact without compromising their values or identity.

9. Communication

Builds clear, confident, effective communication for conversations, teams, relationships, leadership, conflict, public settings, and professional environments.

10. Decision Making

Helps women evaluate information, recognize consequences, seek wise counsel, use discernment, and make intentional decisions instead of operating from fear, pressure, or impulse.

11. Entrepreneurship

Introduces women to the fundamentals of building and operating a business: identifying opportunities, creating offers, understanding customers, developing systems, and turning ideas into sustainable ventures.

12. Financial & Time Literacy

Teaches women how money and time function as resources. The track develops budgeting, financial awareness, prioritization, scheduling, productivity, stewardship, and intentional use of time.

13. Credit Building

Teaches women how credit works, how to understand credit reports and scores, how to establish or repair responsible credit habits, and how stronger credit can support larger financial goals.

14. Wealth Development

Moves beyond earning money into building, protecting, managing, and intentionally growing wealth. Topics can include financial strategy, assets, multiple income streams, long-term planning, and legacy thinking.

15. Personal Brand Development

Helps women intentionally define how they are known, communicate their value, develop a consistent personal brand, and position their expertise, story, gifts, and image in alignment with their goals.

Feminine Development & Lifestyle

DIVISION 4

16. Feminine Development

Develops confidence, self-awareness, feminine presence, self-respect, emotional maturity, personal standards, and intentional expression of womanhood.

17. Elegance & Etiquette

Teaches social and professional etiquette, manners, poise, modesty presentation, table etiquette, conversation, hospitality, and practical behaviors that communicate confidence and refinement.

18. How to Be a Wife

Provides development around the responsibilities, communication, partnership, support, respect, emotional intelligence, and practical skills involved in building a healthy marriage while maintaining personal identity and godly standards.

19. Relationship Development

Helps women understand relationship patterns, parenting, communication, boundaries, discernment, healthy connection, conflict, expectations, and relationship-building across family, friendships, professional relationships, and romantic relationships.

20. Beauty, Skincare & Makeup

Develops practical knowledge around personal grooming, natural hair routines, skincare routines, makeup application, beauty presentation, product selection, and using beauty as part of intentional self-presentation rather than as a replacement for identity.

21. Luxury Lifestyle & Presentation

Teaches women how to create a polished, intentional lifestyle through presentation, environment, experiences, personal standards, hospitality, and wise choices that reflect the level of life they are building.

Wellness & Health

22. Fitness

Develops a sustainable approach to physical movement, strength, conditioning, mobility, consistency, and caring for the body as part of overall wellness.

23. Nutrition

Teaches foundational principles of nourishing the body, understanding food choices, building balanced eating habits, planning meals, and developing a healthy relationship with food.

24. Healthy Living

Connects physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and lifestyle habits into a sustainable approach to everyday wellness, including sleep, routines, stress management, environment, and healthy choices.

Develops practical kitchen confidence, meal preparation, food planning, presentation, and the ability to prepare meals for self, family, guests, and occasions.

26. Home Management

Teaches women how to organize and operate a home intentionally through routines, cleaning systems, household responsibilities, planning, budgeting, organization, and creating a functional environment.

27. Hospitality

Develops the ability to welcome, serve, host, and care for guests with excellence through preparation, atmosphere, food/service, etiquette, communication, and thoughtful attention to detail.

28. Practical Living

Builds everyday life competence: organization, planning, problem-solving, personal responsibility, basic systems, preparation, and the practical skills required to navigate adult life effectively.

Media & Creative

29. Branding

Teaches women how to develop a recognizable brand identity, communicate their message, maintain consistency, and create a brand experience that supports their purpose or business.

30. Public Speaking

Develops confidence and skill in presenting ideas, teaching, storytelling, speaking to groups, handling nerves, structuring messages, and communicating with authority and clarity.

31. Media

Introduces women to working with media and content opportunities, including interviews, video, photography, media presence, preparation, messaging, and professional representation.

32. Visibility

Helps women move from being hidden or overlooked to intentionally becoming seen by the right audiences. It focuses on exposure, positioning, networking, content, opportunities, promotion, and using visibility to advance purpose, influence, and business.
